Cancellation | No-Show | Attendance Policies

If you need to cancel a class, we require that you do so at least 8 hours before it starts. This gives us time to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist and keep classes full. If you cancel within 8 hours of class time, it will be considered a late cancel. Unlimited members get the first three late cancels free, then it is a $10 fee for each one after that. If you have a class pack, a Buzz Pass, or are booked as a drop-in, a late cancel will use up the credit you booked with. If you are a drop-in and you late cancel often, a $10 fee will also be charged in addition to losing your class credit.

If you miss a class without cancelling, that is a no-show. Unlimited members get two no-shows before a $35 fee kicks in for each one after. For class pack, Buzz Pass, and drop-in bookings, the credit will be forfeited. We understand that life happens, but these policies help us keep things fair and make sure everyone has the chance to book a spot.

Classes must have at least 2 people booked 12 hours before the start time to run. We review attendance ahead of time, and if a class has fewer than 2 bookings, we may cancel it. If that happens, we will message you to either move your booking to another class or confirm that the class has been cancelled. Decisions are made based on the start time and instructor availability. This helps us make sure classes have good energy and that our instructors’ time is used well.
