All classes must be cancelled or rescheduled through Momence at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time.
Members who cancel within the 2-hour window will be charged a $15 late cancel fee. Each member receives one courtesy late cancel per billing period, after which the fee applies.
Drop-in and class pack clients who cancel within the 2-hour window will forfeit the class credit used.
All cancellations must be made through Momence. We are unable to accept changes via email, phone, or DM.

A no-show is when you miss a class without cancelling. Members will be charged a $40 no-show fee. Drop-in and class pack clients will forfeit their class credit. No exceptions.

Class attendance is reviewed 12 hours before the scheduled start time. If enrollment does not meet our minimum requirement, the class may be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, all credits will be returned to your account automatically.

We love sharing the energy of our community. Photos and videos may be taken occasionally for marketing or social media purposes. By participating in classes or events, you consent to the possible use of your image in studio-related content. If you prefer not to be included, please let your instructor or front desk know before class.

All purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable. All memberships automatically renew based on their selected term and can be canceled at the end of the commitment period. Early cancellations will not be granted.

At Hyve Pilates, your privacy matters to us. We collect limited personal information such as your name, email, phone number, and payment details only to manage class bookings, memberships, and communication about your account or upcoming classes.
We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared securely with trusted partners such as our booking and payment platforms (like Momence and Stripe) solely for the purpose of providing studio services.
All payment information is processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant systems, and we do not store credit card details. You may opt out of marketing emails or texts at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our messages or contacting us directly.
By using our website or booking services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. Hyve Pilates reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time, and any changes will be reflected on this page.

This means the class hasn’t unlocked yet. There is nothing wrong with your account, just check back when the booking window has opened.

Our schedule opens on a rolling two week basis, Unlimited members receive early booking access every Friday, and drop in and class pack clients can book starting Sundays.

We get that schedules change, but consistent attendance keeps classes fair for everyone.
All cancellations or changes must be made through the MOMENCE app or website. Requests sent via email or DM are not valid.

True beginners should start with an Introduction class, then move into Level 1 and 2 focused classes, Level 1 clients should take Level 1 and 2 focused, Level 2 clients can take either Level 1 and 2 or Level 2 and 3 focused, and Level 3 clients should stick with Level 2 and 3 focused classes. Sitting boxes, jump boards, and a variety of handheld props are incorporated into every class.

We offer a discounted INTRO class every Saturday. Keep in mind, all of our (Level 1 and 2 Focused) classes are beginner friendly.

We offer FREE parking right in front of our main entrance. Never pay for parking to take a class.

We use ten (10) Allegro 2 Reformers by Balanced Body. This keeps class manageable, focused and personal.

All of our classes are 50-minutes.

Yes, If a class is full we offer waitlists. You can add yourself to the waiting list and will be automatically added into the class after a spot has opened. You are responsible for removing your self from the waitlist if your plans change. You will be notified via SMS/Email once booked into the class from the waitlist. Please keep an eye on your notifications, especially within 60 minutes of class start time, as movement can happen quickly.

Yes, our Level 2 and 3 focused classes incorporate more advanced and experienced movements, and we also host pop up Level 3 classes along with our Cardio series for an added challenge.

For safety and flow, we do not allow anyone to join class more than 7-minutes late. We also encourage everyone to arrive at most 10-minutes early to their class, to get settled and let their instructor know of any medical issues.

We accept HSA and FSA cards. Eligibility is determined by your plan. Please check with your provider.
