Classes must be canceled at least 8 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid losing the class credit. This helps us open the spot for someone on the waitlist. Late cancellations made within 8 hours of class start time will result in a loss of that class credit. Everyone receives one free late cancel, and any additional late cancellations will incur a $10 fee.

If you do not attend your scheduled class and fail to cancel, it will be marked as a no-show. Your class credit will be forfeited, and a $35 no-show fee will apply. Everyone gets one free pass - after that, the policy applies to each additional no-show.

We love sharing the energy of our community. Photos and videos may be taken occasionally for marketing or social media purposes. By participating in classes or events, you consent to the possible use of your image in studio-related content. If you prefer not to be included, please let your instructor or front desk know before class.

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. All memberships automatically renew based on their selected term and can be canceled at the end of the commitment period. Early cancellations or freezes will not be granted.
