Studio Polices

If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, for any reason, you must cancel through Momence at least 2 hours before class time. This applies to all clients regardless of membership type.
Members (4x, 8x, 10x, and Unlimited) receive one courtesy late cancellation per billing period, which resets automatically at each renewal. After your courtesy pass is used, a $15 fee will be charged for each late cancel.
Drop-in and Class Pack clients who late cancel will forfeit the class credit used.

A no-show is when you miss a class without cancelling. Members will be charged a $40 fee for every no-show. Drop-in and Class Pack clients will forfeit the class credit.

We love sharing the energy of our community. Photos and videos may be taken occasionally for marketing or social media purposes. By participating in classes or events, you consent to the possible use of your image in studio-related content. If you prefer not to be included, please let your instructor or front desk know before class.

All purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable. All memberships automatically renew based on their selected term and can be canceled at the end of the commitment period. Early cancellations will not be granted.

At Hyve Pilates, your privacy matters to us. We collect limited personal information such as your name, email, phone number, and payment details only to manage class bookings, memberships, and communication about your account or upcoming classes.
We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared securely with trusted partners such as our booking and payment platforms (like Momence and Stripe) solely for the purpose of providing studio services.
All payment information is processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant systems, and we do not store credit card details. You may opt out of marketing emails or texts at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our messages or contacting us directly.
