Marlo
Marlo fell in love with Pilates after just one class and was inspired to become a certified instructor to share its calming yet energizing benefits. As a breast cancer survivor, she understands firsthand how movement can support healing through life’s challenges. Marlo enjoys creating personalized sessions that meet each client’s unique needs, whether in private or group settings.

Alyssa
Born and raised in Staten Island, Alyssa now calls New Jersey home. She discovered Pilates over two years ago and quickly fell in love with how it strengthened her body and calmed her mind.

Janine
Janine brings over 30 years of experience in Pilates, fitness, and wellness. She holds a BS in Biology and Exercise Science from Monmouth University and previously owned and operated a Pilates and wellness studio in Chatham, NJ. With certifications in comprehensive Pilates, rehab, pre/postnatal, cancer exercise training, and more, Janine is passionate about helping clients feel stronger, reach their goals, and improve their quality of life through movement.

Jen
Jen is a NICU nurse who brings her energy and passion for helping others straight into every class she teaches. Certified by the American Barre Technique, she has a blast leading all things Barre and her crowd-favorite Soundtrack Series, keeping things upbeat and fun from start to finish. Outside the studio, she’s a proud boy mom of two and happily married, balancing busy family life with her love of movement.

Fun fact: She was almost trampled by an American bison in Yellowstone National Park (true story!).

A dedicated mom of two, Regan brings warmth, energy, and a love of movement to every class. Trained through Rebel Pilates Collective, she’s passionate about helping others feel strong, confident, and supported in their practice.

With a background in dance and performance and a passion for fitness, Devin discovered Pilates while studying musical theatre and dance in Rochester, New York. Now a fully certified instructor, she’s dedicated to helping clients experience the strength, confidence, and wellness benefits Pilates can bring.

Giovana is a dedicated Pilates instructor with a deep love for movement and mindful strength. After spending the past five years immersed in fitness, she discovered Pilates as the perfect blend of control, precision, and flow. Her classes focus on building functional strength, stability, and confidence through intentional, low-impact movement.

Amanda
Amanda is a passionate instructor dedicated to sharing yoga’s strengthening and healing power. She guides practitioners to find comfort in challenging moments and supports them as they embark on their inspirational self-journey. Her teaching style emphasizes being true to oneself both on and off the mat.

Lindsey is currently a student Pilates instructor working toward completing her 500-hour Comprehensive Pilates Certification. With a background in dance and musical theatre, she brings creativity and fun to every class she teaches.

Natalie
Natalie is currently working toward her Balanced Body Pilates certification. As a longtime runner, she found Pilates to be the perfect complement to her training. She loves how it restores alignment, builds stability, and supports overall well being. Natalie is passionate about helping people feel strong, balanced, and comfortable in their bodies, both in and out of class.
