  • The reformer is a resistance-based machine that guides you through controlled, full-body movement. It's low impact, highly effective, and adaptable to any fitness level, including absolute beginners.

  • Start with Intro to Reformer, our beginner-friendly session every Saturday at 11am. You'll learn the machine, the basics, and leave knowing exactly what to do next.

  • Just yourself and grip socks (required in the studio, sold at the front desk if you need a pair). Wear something you can move in and arrive a few minutes early.
