Inspired by Pilates and ballet, Barre combines small, controlled movements with targeted holds and pulses to sculpt and strengthen from head to toe. Set to energizing music, each class blends balance, stability, and endurance for a challenging, low-impact workout.

Cancellation | No-Show | Attendance Policies

If you need to cancel a class, we require that you do so at least 8 hours before it starts. This gives us time to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist and keep classes full. If you cancel within 8 hours of class time, it will be considered a late cancel. You will lose your credit and be charged a penalty. The first late cancel is free, then it is a $10 fee for each one after that.

If you miss a class without cancelling, that is a no-show. Everyone gets one no-show before a $35 fee kicks in for each one after. We understand that life happens, but these policies help us keep things fair and make sure everyone has the chance to book a spot.

Classes must have at least 3 people booked 24 hours before the start time to run. We review attendance ahead of time, and if a class has fewer than 3 bookings, we may cancel it. If that happens, we will message you to either move your booking to another class or confirm that the class has been cancelled. Decisions are made based on the start time and instructor availability. This helps us make sure classes have good energy and that our instructors’ time is used well.
