All memberships (Hyve 4, Hyve 8, Hyve 10, and Unlimited) are billed on a 4-week cycle rather than monthly, so you're charged once every 28 days. Your cycle begins the day you join, with full access from day one and no prorated first cycle. All memberships require a three cycle commitment and renew automatically every 4 weeks unless canceled in accordance with studio policy.

All purchases include a small Momence processing fee set by our booking platform. This applies to any transaction booked online or through the app. We like to be upfront so there are no surprises.

Membership and class cancellations must be made by you through the Momence app. We are unable to accept cancellations by DM, text, or email.
