Do you offer an INTRO class?

We've moved to a free first class instead. Your very first class at Hyve is on us, just book any Level 1 and 2 class and use code TRYHYVE at checkout.

All of our Level 1 and 2 classes are beginner friendly, so you'll be in good hands from the start. Come a few minutes early and let your instructor know it's your first time.

What class should I take?

Reformer

New to the reformer? Start with a Level 1 and 2 class. Our instructors walk you through everything and offer modifications, so you'll be comfortable from your very first class. Come a few minutes early and let your instructor know it's your first time.

Already comfortable on the reformer? Level 2 and 3 classes move at a faster pace with more advanced work.

Somewhere in between? Either one works. Take whichever fits how you're feeling that day.

Sitting boxes, jump boards, and a variety of handheld props are used in every reformer class.

Mat and Barre

Our Mat and Barre classes are mixed level and open to everyone, no experience needed. They're a great complement to reformer work, or a perfect place to start if you'd rather ease in without the machine.

Question 3

What should I bring to class?

Grip socks (required), a water bottle, and yourself! Need socks? We have plenty of cute pairs for purchase in-studio.

Do you have age requirements?

Group classes are open to guests 13 and older. Younger guests are welcome to take private sessions with a parent or guardian. We require two private sessions before an instructor recommends them for group classes.

Can I take class while pregnant?

Many of our clients continue Pilates through pregnancy. Please check with your medical provider before starting or continuing, and once you're cleared, let your instructor know so they can offer modifications to keep you safe and comfortable.

How long are the classes?

Typically all of our classes run 50 minutes. There may be occasional exceptions anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes depending on the flow of the class, so no worries if you finish a few minutes early or run a touch long.

Do you offer advanced classes?

Yes! Our Level 2 and 3 classes incorporate more advanced and experienced movements. We also host pop-up Level 3 classes along with our Cardio series for an added challenge.

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes. Private and semi-private sessions are available by request. Email us at info@hyvepilates.com and we'll help you find a time that works.

What type of Reformers?

We use ten (10) Allegro 2 Reformers by Balanced Body. This keeps class manageable, focused, and personal.

Where can I park?

We offer free parking right in front of our main entrance. Never pay for parking to take a class.

When does the class schedule open for booking?

Our schedule releases on a rolling two-week basis every Sunday.

Unlimited members get early booking access every Wednesday. Hyve 4, 8, and 10 members get early access every Friday. Drop-in and class pack clients can book starting Sundays when the schedule releases.

Clients who purchase the Booking Advantage can book a full 30 days in advance.

How do I book a class or buy a pack?

All purchases are made through our website pricing page or in Momence, our booking app, available in the App Store for iOS and on Google Play for Android.

Question 13

What if the class is full? Can I join a waitlist?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist and you'll be automatically added to the class once a spot opens. You'll be notified by text and email as soon as you're booked in.

You are responsible for removing yourself from the waitlist if your plans change. To do that, find your booking on the main page of the Momence app and select "leave waitlist."

Please keep an eye on your notifications, especially within 60 minutes of the class start time, as spots can move quickly.

How do I cancel a class?

We get that schedules change, but consistent attendance keeps classes fair for everyone.

All cancellations or changes must be made through the Momence app or website. Requests sent by email, text, or DM are not valid.

To cancel, open the Momence app, find your booking on the main page, and select cancel. If you're on a waitlist and need to remove yourself, find the booking on the main page and select "leave waitlist."

Classes must be cancelled at least 2 hours before the start time to avoid a late cancel fee or forfeiting your credit.

Question 15

Running Late?

For safety and the flow of class, we're unable to let anyone join more than 7 minutes after the start time. We encourage everyone to arrive about 10 minutes early to get settled and let your instructor know about any injuries or medical concerns.

If you're running late and miss entry, email us and we'll look into returning your credit.

Question 16

What does "Access to this class is restricted" mean?

This means the class hasn't unlocked yet. There's nothing wrong with your account, just check back when the booking window has opened.

Booking windows vary. Unlimited members book on Wednesdays, Hyve 4, 8, and 10 members book on Fridays, and drop-in and class pack clients book on Sundays when the schedule releases.

Question 17

I can't book any more classes this cycle. What's going on?

If you're on a Hyve 4, 8, or 10 membership, you have a set number of class credits per billing cycle. Once you've used them all, you won't be able to book again until your cycle resets and your new credits load. You also won't be able to book into your next cycle until it begins. If you're regularly running out before your cycle ends, an Unlimited membership may be a better fit.

Question 18

Why is it asking for a credit card when I already have a membership?

Momence asks for a card as a backup at checkout, but it won't charge you as long as you select your membership or class credits as the payment method. Just make sure your membership is selected when you book.

Question 19

How does the 4-week billing cycle work?

Accepted Answer

Memberships are billed every 4 weeks (28 days) starting the day you join, rather than on a fixed monthly date. Your class credits, guest passes, and late cancel courtesies all reset at the start of each new cycle. There's no prorated first cycle, so you get full access from day one.

Question 20

How do I upgrade or switch my membership?

Just text us and we'll handle the entire switch for you. Please don't cancel your current membership on your own, since that can result in a double charge or a gap in your access. We'll set your new membership to start right when your current one ends, so the transition is seamless.

Question 21

What happens to my class credits if I join a membership?

Accepted Answer

Nothing! Any unused class credits stay right where they are and remain valid through their original expiration date. Your membership credits are separate, so you can use both.

Can I bring a guest?

Accepted Answer

Unlimited members receive guest passes each cycle that you can use to bring a friend. When you book, add your guest as a separate booking and select your guest pass as the payment method, entering their information at checkout.

Is Pilates HSA or FSA eligible?

We accept HSA and FSA cards. Eligibility is determined by your plan, so please check with your provider.

Cancellation Policy

Accepted Answer

All classes must be cancelled or rescheduled through Momence at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time.

Members who cancel within the 2-hour window will be charged a $15 late cancel fee. Each member receives one courtesy late cancel per billing period, after which the fee applies.

Drop-in and class pack clients who cancel within the 2-hour window will forfeit the class credit used.

All cancellations must be made through Momence. We are unable to accept changes via email, phone, or DM.

Unlimited memberships purchased on or after 8/1/26 include two courtesy late cancels and one waived no-show penalty per billing cycle, along with additional member benefits. Upgrade now

No-Show Policy

A no-show is when you miss a class without cancelling. Members will be charged a $40 no-show fee. Drop-in and class pack clients will forfeit their class credit. No exceptions.

Class Attendance Policy

Class attendance is reviewed 12 hours before the scheduled start time. If enrollment does not meet our minimum requirement, the class may be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, all credits will be returned to your account automatically.

For your safety and the security of the studio, clients must arrive before the warmup has concluded, typically 5 to 7 minutes after class begins. Anyone arriving more than 7 minutes late will not be permitted to enter class. We understand things happen, so if you're running late and miss entry, please email us and we'll look into returning your credit.

Question 27

Membership & Packs

All purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Memberships are billed every 4 weeks (28 days) beginning on your date of purchase, and require a three billing cycle commitment. After that commitment, memberships continue to auto-renew every 4 weeks until cancelled. Class credits, guest passes, and late cancel courtesies reset each cycle and do not roll over.

To cancel, submit your request through the Momence app at least 14 days before your next renewal date. Cancellations made within 14 days of renewal will not be accepted and the next cycle will process as scheduled. Early cancellation within the commitment period will not be granted. We are unable to accept cancellations by email, phone, text, or DM.

Class packs are one-time purchases with no commitment and no auto-renewal. Packs expire based on the terms shown at time of purchase, and expiration dates cannot be extended.

Members may freeze their membership once per commitment period for a $50 fee, for a maximum of one billing cycle. Freeze requests must be submitted through Momence.

Photo and Social Media Policy

We love sharing the energy of our community. Photos and videos may be taken occasionally for marketing or social media purposes. By participating in classes or events, you consent to the possible use of your image in studio-related content. If you prefer not to be included, please let your instructor know before class.

At Hyve Pilates, your privacy matters to us. We collect limited personal information such as your name, email, phone number, and payment details only to manage class bookings, memberships, and communication about your account or upcoming classes.

We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared securely with trusted partners such as our booking and payment platforms (like Momence and Stripe) solely for the purpose of providing studio services.

All payment information is processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant systems, and we do not store credit card details. You may opt out of marketing emails or texts at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our messages or contacting us directly.
